16 February 2014

London-based independent label Memphis Industries have always loved a little trip over to Paris. So much so that they've just announced a one-off Memphis special there, taking place on 10th April at the Point Ephémère.

They've assembled three of their finest to head over the channel. On the line up will be School of Language, the alter ego of one half of Mercury Prize Nominees Field Music, David Brewis at his least collaborative, who will be releasing his second album "Old Fears", on 7th April. Also playing are Elephant, who last year bestrode French radio with their single "Skyscraper", and will be returning to showcase songs from their debut album, due spring 2014. Last, but by no means least, is London electronic crooner Barbarossa, whose "Bloodlines" album last year was a slow burning wonder.
