To accompany the Tangerine Dream: Zeitraffer Exhibition at London’s Barbican, which opens on 16th January, Kscope will be releasing on CD &LP Recurring Dreams, a collection of newly reworked Tangerine Dream classics.

Founded in 1967 by Edgar Froese in West Berlin, Tangerine Dream, were early pioneers of electronic music, who, with albums like Phaedra and Rubycon, laid the foundation for new styles such as Ambient and Trance, are now being celebrated by a free exhibition at London’s Barbican Music Library.

The exhibition, Tangerine Dream: Zeitraffer, which opened on 16th January and runs till 2nd May, has been curated by Bianca Froese-Acquaye, Felix Moser and Melanie Reinisch and will present photographs, previously unpublished articles, video clips, and original synthesizers, to take visitors on an immersive journey that tells the band’s extraordinary story whilst revealing London's key role in the international breakthrough of Tangerine Dream during the 1970s.
