For a record with so many loops and so much repetition "Running in circles, chasing your own tale" is a particularly apt lyric. It's an album which features no fewer than seven remixes of the same song.
With contributions from Italy, Sweden, Brazil and Russia there's a global flavour to sounds which mostly owe much to disco music of the 70s and 80s.
Ummagma are a husband and wife duo from Ukraine and Canada respectively. Alexx Kretov provides the beats and Shauna McLarnon adds the voice.
The dream pop original of Lama lasts five minutes while a luminous Theatre of Delays "Emo-house' makeover shaves almost a minute off the running time.
A squelchy dancey version by the wonderfully named Irregular Disco Workers Acid Feel prolongs the tune by almost three minutes and radically cuts McLarnon's vocal part in the process.

This is clearly not a record you'd want to listen to from start to finish unless you're doing a personal compare and contrast exercise (or writing a review!)
Still each remix is different enough to justify the diverse treatments and means that you can dip into with the expectation of a slightly fresh mood each time.
Of course, if you don't like the song in the first place you're stymied.
