Since launching the project in the mid-‘00s The Tarantula Waltz have toured extensively and shared the stage with acts like First Aid Kit, Damien Jurado, Kathleen Edwards, Mark Lanegan and Iron & Wine, as well as toured as the opening act on The War on Drugs’ European tour last year.
None of this translates as meaning that they’re any good, and if you asked me what this EP was like, I’d struggle for an answer as on the three occasions I tried to get to grips with it I nodded off during the first track.
