Review: 'Frazer'
'Two Hands'

-  Genre: 'Indie' -  Release Date: '22nd May 2015'

Our Rating:
Frazer are from Sheffield. The buzz is that their ‘storming’ debut single references the sounds of Arctic Monkeys, Kings of Leon and The Black Keys. On other words, you’ve heard it all before. Not as good as The Arctic Monkeys and coming on like a poor man’s Black Keys (and with five people doing the work of two to the same or lesser effect), doesn’t every band who think they’re a bit ‘rock’ with radio and arena aspirations namedrop Kings of Leon?

‘Get down, get low,’ they implore us. ‘Get stuffed’, I shrug, struggling to muster any enthusiasm for their blustery blues rock. Spirited and energetic, but thoroughly inessential.
