In dubious English, this music is promoted as capable of "hitting your heart and face simultaneously".
Pil & Bue (Bow & Arrow in Norwegian) are a duo from the far northern part of Norway consisting of Aleksander Kostopoulos on drums and percussion and Petter Carlsen on vocals and baritone guitar.
Engaging the head and heart is what I think the duo are intending since this is an album in which "the recurring theme addresses the struggle of women facing suppression, agony and injustice every day". No right-minded person would argue with these noble intentions but the emotional impact is open to question.

For me, the music should express feelings of outrage and fear combined with a firm resolve to bring about change. Instead, the sound is not heavy enough to count as hard rock, nor light enough to be mainstream pop.
Lyrically there are vague references to standing up for your rights and gaining strength in numbers but nothing to set these words apart from the same old- same old rebel yell platitudes.
