A press statement for MASSIVE ATTACK leader 3D - recently the target of a police investigation into internet porn charges - says that the frontman (real name ROBERT DEL NAJA) will not be charged with any offence.
The statement reads: "Avon and Somerset police have today (March 21st) announced all enquiries relating to the arrest of Robert Del Naja for internet pornography have been dropped. All property seized has been returned to Robery Del Naja.
Del Naja was quoted as saying: "I have never looked at child pornography in my life...I have total faith in the justice system" at the time detectives raided his Bristol home in February.

Meanwhile, MASSIVE ATTACK held a minute's silence during one of their recent Australian shows in recognition of Iraqi civilians caught in the current war. At the show (at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre, March 20th), Robert Del Naja said: "As you all know, the war in Iraq started today. We'd like you all to join us in silence to think about the innocent civilians suffering as a result of this tragedy."
