Having scrubbed the decks of Radio 1's Zane Lowe, Mike Davies and Xfm's John Kennedy with their debut single "Kissing Gates", the good ship Crowns gets ready to set sail again with their new EP.

The self-titled six track EP will be released on their own imprint - Ship Wreckords - distributed by PIAS and available on CD and download. Their release date of 5th March ties in with St Piran's Day, Cornwall's celebration of their patron Saint.

Continuing to strengthen their reputation as a formidable live act, Crowns ended 2011 supporting The King Blues on their November UK tour. As for 2012, a series of headline shows in London and the south-west precede the release of the EP, before they head out on a twelve date UK tour supporting hotly-tipped punks Sharks this spring.

17th February - Bunters, Truro
18th February - Jericho's Brasserie, Launceston
20th February - Cavern, Exeter
