Reverberations is the new album by Nevaris who has enlisted the legendary Bill Laswell once again, this time as producer in collaboration with Will Bernard, DJ Logic, Lockatron, Matt Dickey and Peter Apfelbaum most of whom are also in Loud Apartment.
The album rev's up into Dub Sol a deep bass dub with horns, that's perfect to sit back relax and drink a sundowner too, as the various effects come in and out of the mix while the bass seems to be as heavy as they can get it too wobble your belly.
Disruption is a scratchy dub re-interpretation of one of Loud Apartments tunes based around the same basic rhythm but with more brass and the odd rimshot sounding like a gun just went off as the road march percussion takes over in places.
Ninth Sun has gated percussion over the deep bassline, duck calls sparring with a gently evocative keyboard motif that comes in and out of the mix.
Remedy seems to be ever so tangentially inspired by Rock & Roll Remedy by Alpha Blondy, although it sounds vastly different, as the scratching noises move across the speakers, over the imperious bassline shattering the walls, all sorts of healing sounds come through at you.
Interference is provided by bird noises as this has a Drum & Bird feel, tapping into this year's trend, only with the horns replying to those bird noises, that are actually vocals that have been turntablized into cawing sounds.

Safehouse has cartoon organ wah wah guitar ministrations, encased in nuclear bunker bass against the drum cracks.
Frequencia uses a Soul Makossa inspired horn line, with carnival style drums, that have been stripped back, as the guitar slowly riff around the bass.
Lockatronic locks that groove in, deep into your soul as the long trumpet note is replaced by the longer guitar wails.
