This 7" single either on Orange or Black Vinyl is in tribute to the far too short life of Miles Cooper Seaton who died aged 41, it has been put together by three of his band mates and travelling companions Mike Watt, Andrea Belfi and Stefano Pilia all of whom contribute one tune reflecting things that they did or spoke to Miles Cooper Seaton about.
The A-side is Vecio written by Andrea Belfi that has a South American percussive dance feel, with trumpets coming into the mix, against the constant egg shakers with exploratory guitar, as ambient textures warp the sound.
The B-side opens with Once We Spoke About Horns written by Stefano Pilia, it has a spiritual jazz wide screen intro, as it builds with forlorn horns with experiential percussion.
The final song is The Man Next To Me In The Van written by Mike Watt that has spoken word vocals, over glitchy experimental backing, partially funky, partially weird jazz as they make clear how much they miss Miles Cooper Seaton.
