Described as ‘a cheeky homage to the godfathers of rock, ZZ Top’ this is the second single to be taken from Bodyrockers’ self-titled debut platter. Which begs the question – is plagiarism acceptable if you openly admit the debt (here, ‘Sharp Dressed Man’). No, not really in my book.
Good fun in its way but utterly devoid of original spark, the best thing here strangely enough is the instrumental version which kind of works in an LCD Soundsystem manner. But only kind of.
