Review: 'KING CREOSOTE'
'678'

-  Label: '679 RECORDINGS'
-  Genre: 'Indie' -  Release Date: 'July 2006'

Our Rating:
More famous for being part of the Fence Collective, King Creosote's second single to be taken off his solo album ‘KC Rules OK’ is a gentle, beautiful love song featuring Kenny's distinctive Scottish burr backed with gentle, yearning harmonies.

It is a song full of contradictions, from the sad lyrics to the
upbeat tune to the rough vocals and the silky smooth tune. The effect though is magical and makes this single a gem well worth listening to.
