The Boy Least Likely To has combined alt folk with indie pop to create a perfect accompaniment to for long summer days spent hand in hand in the countryside with a loved one. ‘Hugging My Grudge’ is a light and airy acoustic number with well placed harmonica, handclaps, soaring vocals somewhat reminiscent of Tim Burgess and quirky rural pop lyrics.
A definite feel good daydream of a song and one most likely to put a smile on your face long after summer has gone.
