What a single. All girl four-some THE KUT deliver a curious mix of minimalist beats and garage rock in the form of this 3 track EP. It opens with 'The Vision' and, what might sound like no-go territory in terms of genre meshing, The Kut pull it all off in fine style.
'Brother' is an altogether much more chilled out affair with some fine guitar work and a sultry vocal line, showing off the versatility of this South London group. One moment you're being hit by industrial beats and the next you're caught in some great balladry. An excellent release, very promising.
