Silverfall have all the ingredients needed for success, well written and beautifully crafted songs and great production (which comes courtesy of producer Ian Grimble).
Movies is taken from the band's forthcoming debut album, due out early next year and hints at great things to come. The CD contains just two tracks. A-side Movies and a stripped-back cover of 'Your Loving Arms'.
Movies is a gorgeous pop song, intelligently written with witty lyrics and a great video. The track begins with an acoustic guitar and builds into a mellow ballad that perfectly showcases front-woman Jenny Bailey's smooth voice.
B-side 'Your Loving Arms' is a heartfelt rendition of a classic song and shows depth to the band as an acoustic outfit, further hinting at what should be a fantastic debut album.
