Review: 'Universal You'
'Your Sin City'

-  Label: 'JoeSoap Records'
-  Genre: 'Rock' -  Release Date: 'November 2008'

Our Rating:
This single shows a lot of promise and with another track on the CD might have scraped a 9!

Still, there's lots to get excited about here, from the helicopter sounds that fly out of the speakers to signal the start of the track to the scuzzy driving guitars that drive the song home.

The band's front-woman, Gulzhan Ibrayeva has a voice for the ages that reveberates around the room and suggests a live show would be where they really shine.

Gulzhan's voice, accompanied by just two other musicians, creating a huge din, suprisingly powerful for just a three-piece.

This one track suggests that the band have a lot to offer and with any luck will cross the divide from their native Scotland to perform some shows in the UK and hopefully they will release an album to back up this great single.

A top-notch single from a band that you should definitely look out for!
