Eighties electro - think Georgio Moroder on a bad comedown - meets 90s techno and as performed by She Wants Revenge after spending a year in France listening to Madonna's Greatest Hits might sound strange and rather unpleasant, but it pretty much summarises 'Me and Madonna.' Perhaps shockingly, it's neither especially strange nor remotely unpleasant, and even manages to squeeze in a Cure-style flanged guitar motif in between the (plagiarised?) lyrics. Genius!
