On 'Uffuff', Phillipp Quehenberger serves up a meaty portion of industrial-strength techno. Part NIN, part heavy-duty EBM (think Mussolini Headkick, Controlled Bleeding), a stomping beat pounds through a dense, droning darkwave bassline.
The remainder of the EP, a trio of remixes from his 2009 album 'Hazard' lacks the density and impact, but nevertheless hangs together to conjure an expanse of atmospheric electronica.
