I know precisely nothing about Gary War, but I do know that Care in the Community have recently been releasing some very interesting limited-edition 7” singles on heavy-duty vinyl (also available as downloads, of course). The previous releases I’ve encountered have showcased unusual talents and have been perfectly suited to the format, being either split or collaborative releases in some form or another.
This is no exception, and makes a worthy addition to the set, containing as it does two spaced-out nuggets of experimental tape looping and keyboard weirdness that’s hard to pigeonhole and all the better for it.
