Miss Quincy is here to remind us that loose living is not the sole province of tough guys.
On the Canadian singer-songwriter's sophomore release you'll find ten tracks of saloon bar blues tailor made for bad girls who know that "living hard ain't easy" (Dirty Sunday) and that the wolf at the door just may be female.
Miss Q sings the blues and plays some mean old guitar licks in a more electric follow up to her debut Your Mama Don't Like It.
All ten tracks are original compositions save for a cover of Nina Simone's I Want Some Sugar In My Bowl which features some fine trumpet playing from Allistair Elliott.
Another noteworthy guest spot comes from fiddler Jonathan Lewis who spices up a track called Dangerous.

On Til The Money Comes In, Miss Quincy tells us that "the girls downtown will get your laundry done" and there's little doubt they do more besides.
The devil is a constant companion and gets a name check on the title track and Going Down.
The tongue in cheek way she revels in this debauched lifestyle means that your mother still won't like it but her sister might.
