The four piece acoustic rock group have put a modern twist on Gene Kelly's 'Singing in the Rain'. Catchy with an acoustic rock rhythm the vocals complement the beat to create an interesting synergy. Hennesea have a somewhat distinguishing sound, they show an essence of The Coors with the lead vocals comparable to those of Andrea Corr. Anna Watts and Jane Devereux are joined by Mark Keene and Shaun Hughes to create the upbeat single. The group prove their modern edge with the club remix of the single. Fans of the musical of which the song is inspired will be getting an enriched listening experience and hear a modern day take on the track.
